The Opportunity

Consor is currently looking for a Professional Engineer for our Dallas, TX office.  As a dynamic and growing engineering consulting firm, Consor is full of opportunities for career development. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

This position supports all aspects of roadway design projects; prepares roadway schematics & models; performs roadway analysis & engineering calculations; develops plans, specifications & estimates; prepares technical engineering reports; performs construction management for roadway projects.

Required Credentials

  • Requires Bachelor’s Degree and PE.
  • 4 years of experience designing roadways and highways.
  • Experience preparing plans, specifications & estimates (PS&E).
  • Experience preparing technical reports, specifications & cost estimates.
  • Familiarity with TxDOT or other DOT’s.
  • Good technical writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with the following software suites: MicroStation, Open Roads and/or GEOPAK.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Open Roads.
  • Experience working with TxDOT.

Possible Compensation: The pay range for this role is based on several factors including education, experience, training, licensure and certifications, work location, specific job duties and other organizational needs. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual and spot incentive program, stock options or ownership (based on individual and company performance).
