What Your Day Will Look Like

Consor is currently looking for a  Senior Transportation Project Manager for our Transportation department in our Jacksonville office.  As a dynamic and growing engineering consulting firm, Consor is full of opportunities for career development. 

 

 

What You'll Do

  • All aspects of project management
  • Oversees and develops technical traffic analysis for safety and operations of all modes
  • Delivers a wide range of projects and engages clients throughout projects
  • Directs alternatives analysis, benefit-to-cost  studies, and provides recommendations
  • Prepares documentation and traffic reports, and presents findings to stakeholders
  • Reviews and develops Highway/Roadway and Bridge design plans
  • Leads and supports marketing and business development efforts, including development of proposals
  • Helps mentor and guide staff while managing and delivering projects
  • Follows our quality control process and helps ensure high caliber work products 

What You'll Need

  • BS Degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering
  • Natural leader willing to champion a team of engineers and technicians
  • Engineer with 10+ years of transportation engineering experience
  • Talents in project management, including familiarity with design software
  • Demonstrated ability writing technical documents with excellent grammar skills
  • Exceptional problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts and provide oversight of analyses
  • Proven experience managing large scale transportation projects
  • History of mentoring and supporting team members
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills
  • A desire to grow personally and professionally while mentoring and supporting the growth of the team
  • Strong client skills and history with the ability to help win work
  • Florida Professional Engineer License or ability to transfer a license from another state
