Salary Range:  $100,000 to $150,000

 

What You'll Do

  • Provide excellent client services
  • Write technical memoranda, engineering reports, and planning studies
  • Develop and deliver complete design and project bid packages
  • Perform construction administration
  • Assist with business development and winning projects (proposal and SOQ writing)

What You'll Need

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE), or similar
  • 8+ years of transportation, roadway design, and/or project management experience
  • Professional Engineer license (PE) in Colorado or pathway to receive your PE within one year.
  • Proven comprehensive plans, specifications, and estimate delivery experience
  • Project management experience, including developing scopes of work, reviewing invoices, and managing client communications
  • Ability to manage several subconsultants and internal staff on a multi-disciplinary teams
  • Design and construction management experience with capital infrastructure projects
  • Experience mentoring staff
  • Prior consulting experience managing municipal (state, county, city) projects
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project, and preferably, Deltek Vision
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with multiple priorities 
  • Attention to detail, delivering quality work products and excellent client service
