What Your Day Will Look Like:

We are currently is looking for a Resident Engineer to support the growth of our construction management group. If you join our team, you will oversee a team of internal and external staff, including, other construction managers, inspectors, and documentation specialists. 

 

Salary Range:  $100,000 to $180,000

What You'll Do:

  • Lead construction services teams on transportation (bridge, highway, roadway) OR water/wastewater infrastructure projects 
  • Coordinate with internal staff, as well as subconsultant team members
  • Act as main point of contact for both clients and contractors during construction phase
  • Assume responsibility for overseeing and documenting quality of construction
  • Manage internal project budgets and schedules
  • Manage construction project budgets and schedules
  • Perform daily construction and contract management duties
  • Must be able to flourish in a team dynamic
  • Excel at communicate with both clients and contractors
  • Must possess valid drivers license in good standing 

What You'll Need:

  • 10+ years in construction management, inspection in transportation (roads, bridges, highways) or water/wastewater projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license (Washington)
