As an Assistant Construction Project Manager, your responsibilities will include administrative support for healthcare construction management projects.

 

Salary Range:  $90,000 to $140,000/year

What You'll Do:

  • Work as an Assistant Construction Project Manager as part of a team on large hospital projects and independently on smaller projects 
  • Collaborate closely with the Owner, Architect and Contractor to resolve issues
  • Perform under the supervision of a Construction Manager or Senior Engineer
  • Provide construction management support and inspection duties on projects 
  • Be willing to travel to project sites at other hospitals operated by the County of Santa Clara

What You'll Need:

  • BS in Civil Engineer (BSCE) or Construction Management preferred
  • Over 5 Years of Construction Management or inspection experience preferred 
  • Construction Management experience TI or renovation projects, healthcare facility projects preferred
  • Ability to work with Owner PM, Facility Staff, Architect, Contractor, and HCAI Field Staff  
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and MS Project 
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
