What Your Day Will Look Like:
Our Puget Sound Construction Services Group has an exciting opening for a Construction Administration Specialist to be based out of the Seattle office.
Hourly Range: $30/hr ot $50/hr
What You'll Do:
Assist in the Documentation Process
• Support the implementation of our standardized document management system.
• Facilitate the training of new Construction Project Managers, Construction Inspectors, and
Documentation Specialist in the Documentation Process.
Project Administration
• Assist the Project Construction Manager in the preparation of contract change orders with
supporting documentation.
• Review Inspector Daily Reports.
• Draft Meeting Minutes when required.
• Coordinate with both internal and external team members to schedule meetings
• Set up Project Forms and Files at the beginning of each project.
• Review and log documents submitted by the contractor to distribute to appropriate reviewers,
track status and facilitate the approval process. Includes material submittals, shop/working
drawings, and RFI’s.
• Prepare documents for project closeout.
Other Responsibilities
• Must be able to flourish in a team dynamic
• Must possess valid driver’s license in good standing
What You'll Need:
5+ years in construction documentation management on construction management projects. Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Sharepoint or another File Transfer Program. Proven interpersonal skills or supervisory experience to effectively supervise, mentor, and train other personnel
